How did Sushant find himself at TRAction?

Before joining TRAction, Sushant worked at a consulting and IT services firm. His role involved enterprise application support and development across distributed and mainframe systems, as well as cloud data services. He worked with tools like Unix/Linux, SQL, Splunk, ServiceNow, and IR360, focusing on file transmission monitoring, customer registration systems, and server maintenance activities.

Sushant’s responsibilities in his role…

Sushant explains he is responsible for “developing and optimising SQL scripts to ensure accurate trade reporting and compliance across multiple regulatory jurisdictions.” He also handles data correction and back-reporting of incorrectly submitted records, and he works closely with the processing team to identify, resolve, and prevent data or processing discrepancies. “My goal is to help clients achieve error-free and accurate regulatory submissions.”

What are the most enjoyable aspects of Sushant’s role?

Sushant says “I’ve always enjoyed coding, so getting to work with SQL and problem-solving every day is the best part of my job. I like figuring out what’s going wrong in a script, fixing it, and seeing everything fall into place.” Additionally, Sushant shares that “it’s a great feeling when the solution you build actually makes things easier and more accurate for the team.

Sushant says, “I’d love to visit Switzerland. The mix of mountains, lakes, and calm surroundings really appeals to me. It looks like the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.”
