Sushant explains he is responsible for “developing and optimising SQL scripts to ensure accurate trade reporting and compliance across multiple regulatory jurisdictions.” He also handles data correction and back-reporting of incorrectly submitted records, and he works closely with the processing team to identify, resolve, and prevent data or processing discrepancies. “My goal is to help clients achieve error-free and accurate regulatory submissions.”
What are the most enjoyable aspects of Sushant’s role?
Sushant says “I’ve always enjoyed coding, so getting to work with SQL and problem-solving every day is the best part of my job. I like figuring out what’s going wrong in a script, fixing it, and seeing everything fall into place.” Additionally, Sushant shares that “it’s a great feeling when the solution you build actually makes things easier and more accurate for the team.“
