How did Manoj find himself at TRAction?
Prior to joining TRAction, Manoj worked at a legal tech domain. Factors that led to Manoj’s search for a new challenge included his ambition for a role that is “faster-paced, more advanced and intellectually demanding.” Manoj quickly realised TRAction was the perfect fit for his skills and interests.

Manoj explains, “I work on developing systems that broaden our ability to support a wide range of client platforms. I also create internal tools aimed at improving TRAction’s overall efficiency and reliability. The goal is always to make things smoother, faster, and smarter..”
What are the most enjoyable aspects of Manoj’s role?
“I always enjoy constantly learning and working with all the latest technologies that our clients use. It’s exciting to be in a space where innovation is part of my daily routine.”

“I’d love to take a motorcycle tour through the Alps.” He tells us, “It’s been on my bucket list for a while, and the idea of winding roads and breath taking views sounds like the perfect adventure.”
Fun facts about Manoj and his hobbies
Manoj spends most of his weekends “exploring new places on my motorcycle. It’s my way of recharging.”
He adds, “A fun fact about me is, every time I take my bike apart and put it back together, I somehow end up with more bolts than I started with, I like to think of it as bonus weight reduction and more performance.”
