Mahima develops and optimises SQL scripts for trade reporting and creates new scripts to support client onboarding. Mahima notes, “I manage data extraction, validation and back-reporting to help clients with their regulatory reporting challenges. I also work closely with the processing team to resolve and prevent data issues, and also help train new developers to align with TRAction’s processes and standards.”

“The variety of clients and datasets means there’s always something new to learn, which keeps the work interesting. I also enjoy supporting new joiners and helping them grow confident in their roles.

Mahima’s dream destination has always been Paris. She explains, “I’m not entirely sure why, but every time I see pictures or videos of Paris, it gives me a warm, calming feeling. Maybe it’s the beautiful architecture, the streets, the culture, or just the overall vibe. It’s one of those places that I’ve always felt drawn to and would love to experience in person someday.”
