What are the most enjoyable aspects of Ilham’s role?
Ilham shares that problem-solving and quality improvement are the most rewarding parts of her work. “I take pride in identifying issues early and helping fix them before they’re flagged” she says.
She also enjoys collaborating with knowledgeable colleagues and contributing to stronger processes across the team. “It’s rewarding to know that the work we do helps build more reliable controls for everyone.”

Travel to Japan. Ilham is drawn to the country’s balance of tradition and modern technology, as well as its culture, food and attention to detail. She describes it as a place where there is always something new to learn and experience.
Fun facts about Ilham and her hobbies
Outside of work, Ilham enjoys cooking and experimenting with dishes from different countries, especially spicy cuisine. She has built a growing collection of spices and loves mixing flavours in search of the perfect “secret ingredient”.
Ilham is also a devoted cat lover. She cares for six cats of her own and regularly feeds neighbourhood stray cats, describing it as just as important to her as feeding her family.
