How did Sotos find himself at TRAction?
Before joining TRAction, Sotos was working in the Online Casino and Forex industries as a data analyst. For the past three years, he has been very interested in technology, so when he learned that TRAction works closely with in built systems running SQL and C#, he says he was hooked!

Sotos explains, “my primary responsibilities are to take care of our clients and their needs by providing assistance, and processing their daily reporting obligations”. He adds, “I also help to ensure the accuracy of these reports through reconciliation.”
What are the most enjoyable aspects of Sotos’ role?
“I find working on the automation and reconciliation methods, and finding new methods to improve them are the most enjoyable aspects of my role.”
