Russell previously worked for a Dutch sell side brokerage house specialising in Equity Options, and has 20 years’ experience in the exchange traded and over-the-counter derivatives markets.
Having worked at big institutions, Russell was very keen to join a different kind of business, and TRAction was the perfect fit.

Russell is the General Manager of UK & EU at TRAction, where his role is to offer clients a bespoke service that makes their lives easier!
He plays a key role in acquiring and signing new clients, as well as driving revenue at TRAction.

Russell says he “still enjoys meeting new clients and seeing the journey from that initial discussion, to them going live. It’s a good feeling!”

“The bucket list is getting bigger by the day” says Russell, “but certainly Sporting events top most lists. Augusta for the Masters or the Super Bowl, I love watching the best sportsmen/women in their field operate. Very inspiring.”
