How did Fiona find herself at TRAction?
Before joining TRAction, Fiona worked as a Product Manager at an IT company in China. After completing a Master’s degree in Australia, she wanted to further develop her skills in data analysis and that path ultimately led her to TRAction.

Fiona explains, “I’m part of the team that’s responsible for managing the daily regulatory reporting process for clients across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accurate and timely submissions. I also liaise with clients to investigate reporting discrepancies, clarify file issues, and support them in maintaining compliance with their local regulations.”
What are the most enjoyable aspects of Fiona’s role?
Fiona enjoys the analytical side of her role including digging into data, identifying patterns, and piecing together reporting puzzles. She shares, “It’s rewarding when I’m able to trace the root cause of a complex issue and help both the client and the internal team gain a clear understanding.”
She adds, “I also love how fast-paced and collaborative the environment is. Every day brings something new to learn, especially when working with clients from different regions and systems.”
If given the opportunity to go anywhere in the world, Fiona would…
Travel to Japan. “I visited Osaka last year and fell in love with the food (especially sushi), the culture, and the beautiful city views. Next time, I’d love to explore Tokyo.“
Fun facts about Fiona and her hobbies
Outside of work, Fiona loves spending her free time playing video games on the PS5. She says, “I’ve finished Death Stranding 1 and 2, spent over 100 hours on the first game, and even achieved the platinum trophy.”
