TRAction was established by Sophie Gerber and Quinn Perrott
2016
Opened European market headquarters in London, and named as one of the world's most innovative RegTech companies by RegTech 100
2017
Saw a 40% increase in new clients, and held MiFID 2 events in London and Cyprus
2018
Launched MiFID II reporting services, and became a finalist at the Finnie Awards for Excellence in Regtech & Establishing Market Presence: Global
2019
Reported over 7 million transactions daily
2020
Added SFTR to its regulatory services, and serviced over 100 clients across Europe and Asia
2021
Added Singapore & Canada reporting, and TRAction rebranded - launched a new logo and website!
2022
TRAction's team expanded to 20 people, and was awarded Best RegTech/Reporting solution at the London Summit Awards
2023
Released new Premium and Assured plans, and over 700 firms trust TRAction to report their trades

EMIR Refit and ASIC/MAS Rewrites go-live, and the TRAction team expands to 40 people
