As a Software Developer, Nikolas works on client codebases to implement fixes, improvements, and new features. Nikolas helps ensure TRAction’s systems run smoothly and efficiently by addressing issues promptly and delivering updates that support client needs.
What are the most enjoyable aspects of Nikolas’ role?
Nikolas explains one of the most enjoyable aspects of his role is that he can fully immerse himself into coding and problem solving. “I find it especially rewarding to reach a state of deep focus while working through challenges and building effective solutions,” he shares.

Nikolas would choose to explore as many places as possible if given the opportunity. “I’m naturally curious and enjoy experiencing different cultures, environments, and perspectives.” He believes these experiences help broaden his understanding and outlook.

Outside of work Nikolas is a DJ and has even had the opportunity to perform internationally. He is a big music enthusiast and enjoys travelling to concerts around the world. Additionally, whenever he gets the chance, Nikolas loves going skiing.
