How did Marinos find himself at TRAction?
Before joining TRAction, Marinos spent around six years working as a casino table games dealer and supervisor. Two years ago, he shifted his focus toward data analysis and coding, which led him to begin his career as a Junior Data Analyst. After spending some time in that role, Marinos was eager to deepen his technical skills and move into a more challenging environment, which ultimately brought him to TRAction.

“I prepare backload files, resolve any script or processing issues that arise, and implement improvements to enhance our internal processes. I also contribute to the ongoing development of our TRAction Engine by adding new features and refining existing ones. Through this work, I help ensure clients receive accurate, efficient, and reliable reporting every day.”
What are the most enjoyable aspects of Marinos’ role?
One of the areas Marinos enjoys most is getting completely absorbed in problem-solving. He adds “I often lose track of time when working through challenges, there’s something deeply satisfying about digging into an issue and finding the solution that makes everything come together.”

In his free time, Marinos enjoys staying active and moving his body, whether that’s through exercise or simply spending time outdoors. Marinos elaborates, “I also love relaxing at the beach and unwinding with a good cigar.”
