How did Shashi find himself at TRAction?
Before finding himself at TRAction, Shashi worked at several leading multinational companies including a global technology provider, working as a Software Engineer, Consultant. He adds that while the scale of those companies were exciting, he was drawn to TRAction for the chance to make a direct impact.
Shashi’s responsibilities in his role…
Shashi explains he is “primarily responsible for enhancing and extending the core functionality of the TRAction Engine. A key part of that is integrating new trading platforms into our system to make our reporting process more seamless.” Shashi also works on automating various processes that used to require manual intervention, “this helps reduce errors and accelerates delivery for our clients.”
What are the most enjoyable aspects of Shashi’s role?

Shashi says, “I would explore China. I am fascinated by the culture, history and the architecture. It has such a rich mix of ancient and cutting edge.”
