Loukiana is a qualified lawyer with nearly 10 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, specialising in advising regulated entities across Cyprus and the UK. She has extensive experience supporting clients with commercial transactions, corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions, and governance matters.

She holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Sussex, completed the Legal Practice Course, and earned a Master’s degree in International Public Companies from the University of Law.
