How did Michelle find herself at TRAction?

Before joining TRAction, Michelle worked as a Sales Coordinator at a media agency. Throughout her career, Michelle discovered her passion lies not only in marketing but also in sales. She graduated with a degree in Marketing and Finance, and joining TRAction has allowed her to further develop both her creative marketing skills and financial acumen.

Michelle explains, “as a Marketing Assistant at TRAction, I support business development projects and maintain the accuracy of our internal CRM. I also help our clients stay informed by disseminating information on important regulatory reporting topics across our digital platforms, especially through email campaigns and client communications.

What are the most enjoyable aspects of Michelle’s role?

The main reason Michelle enjoys working at TRAction is the “collaboration between marketing and business development”. A recent highlight for Michelle has been “working on a major business development project with the team, where I helped build a new system and taught myself how to operate a new program”.

Michelle enjoys working out at the gym and doing makeup freelancing. Fun Fact? Michelle loves making friends with people from different cultures and “most importantly, trying their traditional foods“.
