Hitesh’s role as Customer Support in TRAction’s Business Development team largely involves end-to-end sales. He works closely with financial institutions, and trading firms to help them understand their trade reporting obligations across different jurisdictions.
What are the most enjoyable aspects of Hitesh’s role?
“The most enjoyable part is helping clients genuinely understand and solve a problem that has probably been sitting in the background for a long time,” Hitesh explains. He shares that every firm he works with operates differently and enjoys the variety that the role brings in learning that.

As one of the world’s natural wonders, Hitesh explains he would love to visit the Whitsunday Islands in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef. “The fact that there’s literally a heart-shaped reef there makes it even cooler,” Hitesh adds.

“I’m a bit of a geography and maps enthusiast,” Hitesh shares. He enjoys exploring city layouts and infrastructure on Google Earth, and has a great interest in plane spotting and capturing pictures of different aircraft models.
