How did Rachel work before?
Before joining TRAction, Rachel worked at AxiCorp which runs AxiTrader, and previously at an IT consulting company called Action Solutions. With a strong background in software development and financial systems, she was keen to continue working on technology that supports real-world financial operations.

Rachel explains that her main focus is improving the quality of the code produced across the business. “A big part of my role is mentoring our developers to help strengthen their coding practices and their understanding of the financial industry,” she says.
What are the most enjoyable aspects of Rachel’s role?
Rachel shares that she enjoys writing code and collaborating closely with the development team. “I really enjoy writing code and working with other developers,” she says. “Being able to collaborate, share ideas, and continuously improve our systems is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.”
