Piotr Pater is a Transaction Reporting Officer with over 18 years of professional experience in the banking and finance industry. He graduated from the Wroclaw College of Management and Finance in Poland with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking, specializing in Public Finance. Piotr began his career in personal loans sales and underwriting at a large UK bank before transitioning to specialized roles in derivatives settlements, middle office operations, and business analysis.

Over the years, he has developed deep expertise in managing complex derivatives processes, ensuring operational excellence in middle office functions, and delivering impactful business analysis. His work has encompassed regulatory compliance, system integration, securities data management, and the execution of high-stakes projects for global financial institutions across the UK and Poland.

Outside of work, Piotr enjoys outdoor activities, short city breaks, and exploring new destinations. Last year, he began working towards earning his Yacht Skipper’s License, combining his passion for adventure with a love for the sea
