Commodities Trade Reporting

In Australia, commodity derivatives include leveraged contracts over gold, silver and oil (as commonly offered by brokers), as per ASIC Regulatory Guide 251, page 28.

UK & Europe

In UK & Europe, OTC commodity derivatives are required to be reported under EMIR Regulation (EU) No 648/2012.
