  • Easy-going

How did Mayank find himself at TRAction?

Mayank was interested in working at TRAction as he “saw an opportunity to be able to gain experience as a software developer and it was also an opportunity for me to get an understanding of how a fintech company operates” he explains.

Some of Mayank’s responsibilities…

At TRAction, Mayank helps to ensure that trade reporting for clients is completed in accordance with regulatory requirements via the maintenance, development, and improvement of data extraction and processing procedures.

What are the most enjoyable aspects of Mayank’s role?

Getting to learn more about coding and regulatory reporting. Since my role is interconnected with all the other roles in the company, I also get a better understanding of how the other roles function,” says Mayank.
