Angela Yang!

If we had to describe Angela in a few words, we would say she is:

  • approachable
  • fun
  • creative

How did Angela find herself at TRAction?

Angela was interested in working at TRAction as “it’s a company with a lot of potential growth”, she explains. Angela used to work with Sophie as a lawyer at Sophie Grace Compliance and Legal so she was familiar with TRAction before joining.

Some of Angela’s responsibilities…

Providing regulatory support to our clients, monitoring changes in the worldwide regulatory environment relating to trade and transaction reporting, assisting with business development, client onboarding, and developing PR and marketing strategies are Angela’s core responsibilities at TRAction.

What are the most enjoyable aspects of Angela’s role?

“The people! All of my colleagues are very friendly and fun”, she exclaims.

Away from the office…

Always keeping herself very busy outside of the office, “I do a wide range of things – always trying something new. Recently I have picked up bachata dancing”, explains Angela.

If given the opportunity to go anywhere in the world, Angela would…

Interestingly listed in the Oxford English Dictionary as ‘the most distant place imaginable’, Timbuktu, is Angela’s next travel destination. Yes, it does exist in the West African country of Mali.

Fun facts about Angela…

“I packed all my belongings into storage and moved to Mexico for thirteen months. That, so far, is the best and the happiest time of my life” says Angela.

Angela’s quote is from the Greek philosopher, Heraclitus, he said “change is the only constant in life.”
