Commodities that are traded or issued by brokers and other finance companies are generally required to be reported to a trade repository. Further details on specific reporting regimes is below:

Australia

In Australia, commodity derivatives include leveraged contracts over gold, silver and oil (as commonly offered by brokers), as per ASIC Regulatory Guide 251, page 28.

UK & Europe

In UK & Europe OTC commodity derivatives are required to be reported under EMIR Regulation (EU) No 648/2012.
